Before we entered into this venture we sat down and thought about what we would like an Agent to provide if we were buying or selling and what were the main factors behind choosing an agent to represent out best interests. At the top of the list was cost and secondly was the time factor - we all want our home sold as quickly as possible, for as little as possible, however, without compromising on quality of service.
Having been through the buying and selling process ourselves, (many times!) we know that it can be a very stressful time, furthermore we recognise that your home is your most important asset and that you, our customer, are our, most important asset.
When we become your appointed agent we will market your home through various mediums, dependent on the service option that you choose, however, regardless of the chosen option, we will endeavour to provide you with the best service that we possibly can, at all times and commit to securing the best possible sale price for your property. We will not however, raise false expectations through inflated prices, just to get a property on our books, or under value, just for a quick sale.
